EMPATHY MAP
An empathy map is a tool used to understand users’ thoughts, feelings, actions, and needs. It helps teams visualize what users say, think, do, and feel, providing insights into their goals, pain points, and behaviors. By fostering a deeper understanding of the user, it guides design decisions, ensures solutions are user-centered, and aligns teams on creating meaningful, effective products.
This is just a rough sketch of how our app will look. There will be changes during the designing phase to accommodate feedback, improve usability, or align better with user needs and goals. The initial design serves as a foundation, but we remain flexible to refine and iterate as necessary to ensure the final product delivers an optimal user experience.

the problem | 1.
Analyze and describing the problem space
associated with the persona and its associated task analysis. 2.

Conducting product testing with potential user
that is most similar to the user persona. 2.
Finally, conducting testing with the user
persona themselves for validation. | 2 weeks | Week 13 –
